Our Philosophy
In a market flooded with unverified claims, we chose radical transparency. Every batch is independently lab-tested. Every packet is traceable. Every claim has documentation behind it.
The 6-Step Process
Direct Harvest Collection
We procure directly from farmer clusters within 48 hours of harvest. No mandi, no middlemen.
Price: Above MSP / mandi rate. Payment within 7 days.
Hand Sorting & Grading
Every batch is hand-sorted by village women. Stones, broken grains, and off-colour pieces are removed.
Rejection rate: 8-12% per batch. That's the cost of craft.
Sample Collection
Random samples from each batch sent to NABL-accredited laboratory for multi-parameter testing.
Tests: Moisture, pesticide residue, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbiological.
Lab Testing & Verification
Independent lab analysis takes 5-7 working days. Batches that fail ANY parameter are rejected entirely.
We don't re-test or re-blend. Fail = reject.
Packaging
Food-grade, nitrogen-flushed packaging to preserve freshness. Each packet carries the batch code.
Best before: 12 months from pack date. Store in cool, dry place.

Every packet gets a unique batch code linking back to its village, harvest, farmer cluster, and lab report.
