Pahadi Wild Honey
From Mukteshwar, Nainital
7,500 ft
Raw, unfiltered wild honey harvested from cliff hives and forest apiaries across the Kumaon hills. Never heated, never blended. Floral, amber-dark, with notes of wild litchi and rhododendron. Each jar tastes different because the bees forage different flowers each season.
